CHANGZHOU, Jiangsu - Jiangsu Telison, a subsidiary of Telison, has been named to the 2026 Changzhou "Near-Zero Carbon Factory" list released by the Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. It is one of only two enterprises from Zhixi Town among the 37 companies recognized in this round.
A near-zero carbon factory
A near-zero carbon factory is one that, building on the foundations of an established green factory, sets up a scientifically standardized greenhouse gas (GHG) management system and, through energy-saving and carbon-reduction measures spanning technological innovation, structural adjustment and management optimization, fully implements autonomous emission reductions. Such a factory achieves a sustained decline in CO₂ emissions within its operational boundary, progressively approaching a near-zero level. It also serves as an important benchmark for green transformation in the industrial sector.
Advancing the development of near-zero carbon factories is of significant importance for accelerating the green and low-carbon transition and supporting the realization of the country's "dual carbon" goals.
