Telison's UEW is a directly solderable flat enameled wire with a polyurethane insulating layer and a rectangular conductor. The product achieves a temperature resistance rating of Class H, allows for direct soldering without the need to strip the enamel film, and features good film elongation and uniformity. It is suitable for winding into complex shapes and is applicable in micro-component connections and high-frequency coils. Primary applications include SQ inductors, filters, automotive coil inductor transformers, solenoids, and related fields.
