2011
In June 2011, Xi'an Telison was registered and founded. At the end of 2011, Xi'an Telison and Northwest Machine Co.,Ltd subordinated to Shaanxi Electronic information Group became joint venture.

2014
2014, Jintan Branch was established
In 2014, the Jintan Branch was established to tap into regional advantages and primarily serve the demand of module customers in the Changjiang Delta area.

2015
In 2015, Telison successfully developed a calendering and tinning integrated machine. By consolidating multiple processes into one, it significantly enhanced the production efficiency and product quality consistency of its PV ribbon, thereby laying the foundation for the company's automated equipment.

2016
In 2016, Baoji Telison was established.

2017
In 2017, Jiangsu Telison was established. Building on its accumulated expertise in thermal composite material technology, Telison initiated the R&D and production of enameled wire, focusing specifically on precision small-gauge enameled flat copper wire..

2017
In 2017, Telison successfully developed an integrated machine adapted for round ribbon, pioneering its batch production within the industry and seizing the market initiative for round ribbon.

2018
In 2018, the company began construction of a mass production base in Jiangsu for both PV ribbon and enameled wire, further expanding its production scale.

2019
In 2019, Phase I of the Jiangsu mass production base was completed.

2020
In 2020, the company added a large-scale PV ribbon production line at the Baoji base.

2020-2021
2020-2021, Telison became the first in the industry to conceptualize and subsequently complete the R&D and mass production of a 300-meter high-speed machine for round ribbon. This initiative led industry-wide technological advancement, allowing the company to establish distinct advantages in production efficiency and quality consistency for its MBB products.

2021-2024
Between 2021 and 2024, Telison consistently expanded its production and sales of PV ribbon and enameled wire. This growth culminates in the annual PV ribbon capacity of 110GW and a monthly enameled wire production surpassing 1,000 tons.

2025
Moving forward in 2025, Telison is leveraging intelligent trends to upgrade automation and deepen expertise in metal composites. This focus, combined with diversified solutions, is cultivating the company's second growth curve.
