The bus ribbon (or busbar ribbon) serves as the main current-collecting conductor in a PV module. It aggregates the electrical current from multiple interconnected cell strings and transfers it to the junction box.
Description
The Reflective Busbar Ribbon is characterized by a highly reflective coating (typically an optimized tin-alloy plating) applied over the conventional conductive copper core via a specialized process. Compared to traditional dark or matte-finished busbars, its key advantage lies in efficiently reflecting a majority of incident light (typically >90% reflectivity) back to the glass cover.The light is then internally refracted onto the cell surface for absorption, instead of being absorbed by the ribbon itself as waste heat. The reflective busbar could increase Module Power Output by utilizing previously lost light, typically adding 1-3W of extra power per module; also lower the operating temperature due to reduced light absorption, which helps mitigate power degradation and enhances long-term reliability.

Package,Transportation, Storage
Package
- In order to ensure the goods safety during transportation , Telison introduced customized wooden or carton box as outer package with label on it and packing list inside the box.
- Inner package are uniformly introduced corrugated cartons.
- Each spool is sealed with a vacuum bag and light weight material filled between them to avoid fretting and banking during transportation.
Transportation
- Mechanical cargo handling shall be adopted. All carton packaging are fixed with wooden pallet. Same height and quantity of each pallet without ultrahigh shelved.
- Telison logistics department will use the best shipping method delivering the goods to the customer designated locations.
